Vielleicht am besten dadurch, dass man sich gar nicht erst auf sie einl\u00e4sst. Es ist dieser Vermeidungsimpuls, dem sich Thomas Druyen entgegenstemmt, indem er das klassische Aus-der-Vergangenheit-Lernen invertiert und den Bezugsrahmen stattdessen auf das K\u00fcnftige richtet. Nicht die Tradition ist die Richtschnur, sondern die Frage, inwieweit sich eine erw\u00fcnschte Zukunft realisieren l\u00e4sst \u2013 eine Umkehrung, die im digitalen Zeitalter nachgerade eine Gedankennotwendigkeit darstellt. Oder wie Steve Jobs es in sch\u00f6ner K\u00fcrze gesagt hat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Computer ist die L\u00f6sung. Was wir brauchen, ist das Problem.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Weg wiederum, der Thomas Druyen in die Zukunft gef\u00fchrt hat, war in mancherlei Hinsicht durchaus ungew\u00f6hnlich. Er begann mit der simpel anmutenden Frage, was denn eigentlich Verm\u00f6gen ist. Urpl\u00f6tzlich fand sich der junge Professor in einem Themengebiet, welches ihn mit der Welt der Superreichen und einem blinden Fleck der soziologischen Forschung konfrontierte \u2013 eine Aufgabe, der er sich in zahllosen Interviews unterzog und die zur Gr\u00fcndung des Institutes f\u00fcr Verm\u00f6genskultur und Verm\u00f6genspsychologie f\u00fchrte. Dass diese Institution bei ihrer Gr\u00fcndung mit den Briefen junger Frauen \u00fcberh\u00e4uft wurde (\u00e0 la \u201eWie angelt man sich einen Million\u00e4r?\u201c), war ein gro\u00dfartiger Beleg daf\u00fcr, dass und in welchem Ma\u00dfe die Verm\u00f6genspsychologie noch immer ein gesellschaftliches R\u00e4tselbild darstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An der Sigmund Freud-Universit\u00e4t jedoch wandte sich Druyen zunehmend der Frage der Zukunftsgestaltung zu, genauer: den tiefen Problemen, welche die Zukunft der Digitalisierung f\u00fcr das sicherheitsorientierte, deutsche Mindset darstellt. Denn was gestern als Erfolgsrezept galt, mag heute eher ein Hindernis darstellen, wenn es nicht gar der Vorbote nahenden Unheils ist. Im Angesicht jener digitalen Umw\u00e4lzung (die man gemeinhin mit dem Epitheton des Disruptiven belegt) ist die Umkehrung des Zeithorizonts ein intellektueller Akt, der das Denken davor bewahrt, sich mit der Diagnose eines wie auch immer gearteten Post zu begn\u00fcgen (sei es nun postmoderner, postdemokratischer oder postfaktischer Provenienz).&#8220;<br><strong>&#8211; Martin Burckhardt (Autor Prof. Dr. Thomas Druyen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Druyen wirkt als Wissenschaftler, Autor, Redner, Manager und Publizist. Er ist ordentlicher Universit\u00e4tsprofessor in den Bereichen Alters- und Generationssoziologie, Zukunftspsychologie, Verm\u00f6genspsychologie, Gesundheitsmanagement und Familienunternehmen. Seit \u00fcber zwanzig Jahren ist er medial pr\u00e4sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druyen hat sein Wissen auch in andere Institutionen zum kulturellen Wandel eingebracht. So war er in drei Jahrzehnten u.a. Vizepr\u00e4sident des Internationalen Club of Budapest, Vorstand der Schweizerischen Peter Ustinov Stiftung oder Kommunikationsleiter der Helmut Horten Stiftung. Im Jahre 2019 und 2020 leitete er auch ein Projekt der chinesischen Konfuzius Familie in Europa zur Verbesserung des Verst\u00e4ndnisses zwischen chinesischen und europ\u00e4ischen Familienunternehmen. Seit 1990 forscht Professor Druyen zum Thema demografischer Wandel und zum Verh\u00e4ltnis der Generationen. Seine Publikationen \u201eOlymp des Lebens &#8211; das neue Bild des Alterns\u201c oder \u201eGoldkinder &#8211; die Welt des Verm\u00f6gens\u201c waren publikumswirksame Pl\u00e4doyers f\u00fcr einen besseren Dialog der Generationen. \u00dcber f\u00fcnfzehn Jahre war er auch Pr\u00e4sident der gleichnamigen Stiftung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit dem Jahre 2015 leitet er das von ihm gegr\u00fcndete Institut f\u00fcr Zukunftspsychologie und Zukunftsmanagement (IZZ) an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversit\u00e4t in Wien. Hier geht es um die psychologischen Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung, der K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz und der Robotik auf unsere Lebens- und Gesellschaftsverh\u00e4ltnisse. Grunds\u00e4tzlich ist die Gegenwart von einer generellen \u00dcberforderung gepr\u00e4gt, die vermehrt Gef\u00fchle von Stress und Ohnmacht aufkommen l\u00e4sst. Die Zukunftspsychologie besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit den M\u00f6glichkeiten darauf vorausschauend zu reagieren, und eine Zukunftsnavigation zu entwerfen und zu trainieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seiner Ansicht nach erleben wir die gr\u00f6\u00dfte und schnellste Ver\u00e4nderung der Menschheitsgeschichte und nun geht es darum, zukunftsf\u00e4hige Haltungen, eine neue Fehlerkultur und pr\u00e4ventive Kompetenzen aufzubauen, um nicht von der virtuellen Technologie \u00fcberrollt zu werden. Seine grundlegende Studie und sein Appell f\u00fcr neues Denken erschien 2018 im Springer Verlag: \u201eDie ultimative Herausforderung \u2013 \u00fcber die Ver\u00e4nderungsf\u00e4higkeit der Deutschen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas Druyen ist auch CEO und Pr\u00e4sident der opta data Zukunfts-Stiftung gGmbH (odZ). Die odZ ist ein Zukunftsmodell, ein Scout und Coach f\u00fcr systematische Ver\u00e4nderung im digitalen Zeitalter und f\u00fcr mentale Transformation im Gesundheitswesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intention der Stiftung ist die wissenschaftliche, experimentelle und pragmatische Grundlagenschaffung f\u00fcr eine humane, professionelle, digitale und serviceorientierte Lebensbegleitung und Zukunftsnavigation von Leistungserbringern im Gesundheitswesen. In Zeiten exponentieller und st\u00e4ndiger Ver\u00e4nderungen bedarf es fortlaufender Lernprozesse und der geistigen F\u00e4higkeit, neue Optionen zu synchronisieren, Komplexit\u00e4t zu durchschauen und in wachsenden Teams proaktiv zu kooperieren. Gegenstand und Zweck der Zukunfts-Stiftung sind die F\u00f6rderung der Wissenschaft und Forschung, die F\u00f6rderung der Erziehung, Volks- und Berufsbildung einschlie\u00dflich der Studentenhilfe, Hilfe f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler und Auszubildende sowie die F\u00f6rderung des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens und der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitspflege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer ersten Studie erforscht Prof. Druyen mit seinem Team die Einstellung der Babyboomer -Generation zur Pflegethematik. Es wird deutlich, dass die Pflegesituation in Deutschland extrem verdr\u00e4ngt wird und die Gesellschaft auf einen umfassenden Pflegenotstand zul\u00e4uft. Weitere Studien zur Situation der Pflegefachkr\u00e4fte in Kliniken, zum Rettungsdienstfachpersonal und den anderen Gesundheitsfachberufen sind geplant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem gilt Prof. Druyen als einer der renommiertesten Verm\u00f6gensforscher in Europa. Das von ihm im Jahre 2006 gegr\u00fcndete Institut f\u00fcr Vergleichende Verm\u00f6genskultur und Verm\u00f6genspsychologie &#8211; ebenfalls an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversit\u00e4t in Wien &#8211; ist bislang einzigartig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten hat er Gespr\u00e4che mit Verm\u00f6genden in aller Welt gef\u00fchrt. Studien, Publikationen und mediale Beitr\u00e4ge sind Ausdruck dieser intensiven Besch\u00e4ftigung. Mit der Sch\u00f6pfung und Etablierung der Verm\u00f6genskultur hat er eine neue und nachhaltige Verm\u00f6gensperspektive geschaffen.
